Nairn Hydrotherapy Trust, established in 1985, has been enhancing lives for four decades. Located in the grounds of Nairn Town and Country Hospital, it was the first hydrotherapy pool in the Scottish Highlands and remains dedicated to serving the community.
Our warm water pool (33°C) provides natural support to your body, offering gentle resistance for muscles and soothing relief for aches and pains. Hydrotherapy is well-known for its therapeutic benefits across a range of conditions.
We offer a range of sessions, including Hydrotherapy Wellbeing Sessions, Physiotherapy, Water Circuits Training, Aqua-Natal and Post-Natal classes, Family Swims, and swimming lessons for all ages. Our pool is also available for private hire. Our on-site physiotherapist offers massage services to further support your wellbeing.
The pool is wheelchair accessible, with a hoist available to assist disabled users in entering and exiting the pool. We offer unisex changing rooms, a toilet, and a poolside shower.
